Can this system work offline? What happens in low-connectivity environments?
The handheld application works offline in areas with poor or no connection (remote fields or large facilities), it automatically switches to offline mode when the connection is unstable and synchs when back online allowing seamless work throughout the day.
Do you provide analytics or reporting dashboards out of the box?
Yes, we build custom dashboards for you using PowerBI when the basic reports available out of the box in Microsoft Dynamics 365 aren’t enough for your use cases.
