At Visual Labs, we frequently utilize Azure Boards, a critical tool for our team and clients.
It helps us manage the process catalog, customer requirements, and tasks for delivery and handover. Azure Boards also enables us to record and track bug reports during system testing and new requirements post-handover.

Throughout a project, we document accumulated knowledge and create instructional videos. These are made available to our clients via the Azure DevOps Wiki in an easily searchable format, ensuring up-to-date, centralized access without the need for traditional Word or PDF files.

If the project requires a step-by-step documented test log for each test case, we use the Test Plans module. This module allows us to document each test case meticulously, with pre-determined steps and automated execution. It supports various test plans, facilitating multiple executions of a test case, potentially in different variants.
It is possible to log the error flags and associate the results to the requirements in the Boards module to evaluate whether the system complies with the original conditions.
